As a board member of the Grady Health Foundation, which supports Atlanta’s largest public hospital, Sam is a strong advocate for accessible, high-quality healthcare. His contributions enable Grady Memorial Hospital to maintain its leading trauma and emergency care services while expanding patient programs for those in need.

The MD Anderson Cancer Center is one of the world's most respected centers devoted exclusively to cancer care, research, education, and prevention. Located in Houston, Texas, it is part of the UT system and is known for pioneering treatment, cutting-edge research, and a holistic approach to cancer care. MD Anderson is consistently ranked among the top cancer hospitals in the United States and has a reputation for compassionate care, innovative research, and a commitment to finding a cure for cancer.
